Abstract
Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is an iatrogenic complication of sterility treatment. It is characterized by ovarian enlargement, ascites, electrolyte disturbance, hypovolemia and hemoconcentration. OHSS can lead to multiple organ failure with renal, liver insufficiency, and to thrombo-embolic events. There are several reports related with symptomatic ischemic stroke. We report a case of asymptomatic ischemic stroke in patient with OHSS.
